Questions clients ask

What do you check before a flat is bought?

The register extract, every owner, arrests and pledges, whether the seller is married and the spouse’s consent, utility debts. You get a written opinion in 3–5 working days.

Is it safe to sign for a flat in a building still under construction?

The risk depends on the building permit, who owns the land and what kind of contract it is. We check those three before you sign and tell you what must change.

The contractor is late. What do we do?

First put the delay on record in writing: letters, acts, photos. We look for penalty and termination clauses in the contract, then give you a plan for negotiation or a claim.

A first meeting is 60 minutes and starts at ₼100

We read your papers and tell you what can be done, how long it will take and what it will cost. If you instruct us within 30 days, the meeting fee comes off your first invoice.
