Each year we take on about 20 new loan officers. For the first two months you work alongside an experienced colleague; then you have your own borrowers.

Answering calls and the chat and passing online applications to loan officers. Azerbaijani and Russian, shift work.

Monitoring portfolio quality, analysing why loans fall late, updating the debt-to-income rules. Excel and SQL, at least 2 years’ experience.
