How we choose instructors
At least 5 years in the field
Someone who still works on the subject of the course. We do not take people who left their job to become teachers.
A trial lesson
A 30-minute lesson for the head of studies and three former learners. Then the programme is written with our methodologist.
Feedback after every course
Learners rate the instructor out of 5 at the end of each course. If the average falls below 4 on two courses in a row, the instructor gets no new group.
Teach with us
If you have worked in your field for at least 5 years and have two evenings a week or a Saturday free, write to us. The interview, a trial lesson and your first group with a mentor follow.
- Time
- Evening groups 19:00–21:30, weekends 10:00–14:00 or 14:30–18:00. A group meets twice a week.
- Pay
- Per academic hour, under a contract, at the end of each month. Writing the programme is paid separately.
- Answer
- We answer every application within 5 working days, including when it is a no.
