24 trainees from the apprenticeship programme hired
31 people completed the six-month paid apprenticeship; 24 stayed on at the Sumgait and Ganja plants.
The programme is for final-year vocational school students in four trades: welder, extruder operator, electrician and laboratory technician. A trainee is paid ₼550 a month and assigned to one foreman.
