The Baku terminal now opens on Sundays
From 13 September we accept and hand out shipments on Sundays from 10:00 to 16:00.
From 13 September the customer counter at the Baku terminal is open on Sundays too, 10:00–16:00. Monday to Saturday the hours stay as they were, 09:00–19:00.
What works on Sundays
- Handing in and collecting domestic shipments
- Payment in cash and by card
- Handover of international cargo that has already been cleared
The customs and freight desks stay closed on Sundays: they are open Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
When a Sunday shipment arrives
The evening trucks to the regional branches run on Sundays as well. A parcel handed in before the counter closes on Sunday is at the Ganja, Guba, Lankaran, Mingachevir and Shaki branches on Monday morning. The Nakhchivan flights do not change: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
The reason is simple: in the first half of 2026 one parcel in six that reached the terminal on a Friday was not collected until Monday. People who work cannot come on a weekday.
