How we grew

  1. 2011FTTB lines in the first 40 older blocks in Narimanov, 14 staff and one office.
  2. 2013Yasamal and Nasimi; the technical support line began answering day and night.
  3. 2016The first GPON buildings, with fibre into the flat. The network operations centre opened on Ataturk Avenue.
  4. 2018TV: channels over our own network, with a TV box and an app.
  5. 2020Sumgait and Khirdalan; connection requests and payments on the site.
  6. 2022The 1000 Mbit/s tariff and a second upstream link over a separate route.
  7. 2024Wi-Fi 6 terminals and mesh units to rent.
  8. 2026Planned works by district and ticket status on the site.

Network operations centre

At the head office on Ataturk Avenue, working in shifts day and night. Each shift has four engineers and a crew on call.

Planned works in your district
  • It sees the state of every terminal and building cabinet minute by minute. When many lines on one street drop at once, an outage is opened and shows on the support page by district.
  • It runs planned works at night, 01:00–06:00, and tells subscribers by SMS at least 48 hours ahead.
  • The crew on call goes out to a cut cable at night too; if a break on our side lasts more than 24 hours, every day begun is credited to the balance.
  • The support desk answers written tickets daily 08:00–23:00: within 1, 4 or 8 hours by priority.
