Moving, pausing, changing speed
- When you move
- If the new address is covered, the line moves in 3 working days: free once in 12 months, then ₼15.
- When you travel
- A line can be paused for up to 90 days a year, at least 15 days at a time. A pause costs ₼2 a month; the number and the contract stay.
- When the speed is not enough
- Move to a faster tariff any time, from the next day, free. On a contract you can move to a cheaper tariff once the 12 months are over.
Questions about tariffs
Is the Wi-Fi speed the same as the tariff?
The tariff speed is the speed of the line up to the router; a computer on a cable gets all of it. On Wi-Fi, walls and the far room take a share, so our sums plan on 80% of the tariff. The 500 and 1000 Mbit/s tariffs come with a Wi-Fi 6 router; in a big flat add a mesh unit.
Why is upload half of download?
A GPON line carries 2.5 Gbit/s down and 1.25 Gbit/s up per fibre. Our tariffs keep that ratio: a 300 Mbit/s tariff uploads at 150 Mbit/s.
My building has FTTB. Which tariffs can I have?
An FTTB line carries 100 Mbit/s at most: Internet 100, Internet 100 + TV and the TV-only tariffs. When GPON reaches the building we call you and switch the line free of charge.
On how many screens can I watch TV?
Basic plays on 2 screens at once, Extended on 4: the TV box, the Lif TV app on a Smart TV and phones. One TV box is included, a second one is ₼3 a month.
Can I have a static IP at home?
Yes, ₼5 a month. Choose it in the extras step of the connection request, or ask the call centre later.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices are in manat with VAT (18%) included, as of 11 October 2026. The bill has no other tax or service fee.
