What you can do at an office
- Contracts
- A new contract, a tariff change, moving, pausing and ending. The only document needed is the ID card; a power of attorney for someone else.
- Devices
- Rent, buy and return routers, mesh units and TV boxes. A faulty rented device is swapped on the spot at the head office, Nasimi and Khatai.
- Payments
- Cash or card, with no fee. The payment reaches the balance at once; a paused service comes back within 15 minutes.
