How the lines differ

GPON
Fibre comes into the flat. One fibre tree carries 2.5 Gbit/s down and 1.25 Gbit/s up and is split between 32 flats at most. Tariffs up to 1000 Mbit/s.
FTTB
Fibre to the building entrance, then copper to the flat. That is how 610 older buildings are wired; 100 Mbit/s at most.
Planned
Fibre is being laid on the street; the month is in the table. If the works run late, we text the new date to everyone on the list.

Questions about coverage

My street is not on the list. What do I do?

The list has the streets our line reaches and those in the plan. If yours is missing, call +994 12 555 30 30 or write in the chat: we check the address on the map and answer.

Do I pay to bring fibre into the building?

No. Wiring the building and the flat is part of the connection fee: free on a 12-month contract, ₼30 without one.

Does the building management have to agree?

The first time fibre goes into a building, we get the permission from the building management ourselves. For the flat, only your consent is needed.

How long does the installation take?

About 1.5 hours on GPON: the fibre comes into the flat, the terminal is connected, the speed is checked with you. Up to 1 hour on FTTB.
