A fibre of its own runs from our node to your office; the speed is guaranteed both ways and shared with no one. For bank branches, links to a data centre, call centres and CCTV.

An address that never changes, for card terminals, CCTV, a VPN and your own server. One address is ₼5 a month, a block of 8 (/29, 5 for devices) is ₼25 a month, excl. VAT. A dedicated line includes 5 addresses.
SLA: response and restore times
Times run from when the request is logged. Office tariffs: the support desk’s hours (08:00–23:00 every day); dedicated lines: round the clock.

On a dedicated line, for each 0.1% the month’s availability falls below 99.9%, 5% of the monthly fee comes off the next invoice, up to 50%. Planned works announced in advance do not count.

How connecting goes

- You send the request from this page or the business line; a manager calls within 1 working hour.
- Site survey
- An engineer comes within 2 working days: the cable’s route, where the equipment goes, power.
- Contract and invoices
- The contract is made on the company’s tax number; a VAT invoice on the 1st of each month, paid by bank transfer within 10 days.
- Connection
- An office tariff in 3 working days, a dedicated line in 10. The speed and the IPs are written in the acceptance act.

Questions from companies
How are invoices issued?
On the 1st of each month an electronic VAT invoice is issued on the company’s tax number and sent with the act to the accountant’s e-mail. Payment by bank transfer within 10 days.
Is the speed guaranteed on an office tariff?
An office tariff sits on a shared GPON tree: the speed shown is the top speed, reached most of the day, but not guaranteed. A guaranteed speed comes with a dedicated line.
What happens when our office moves?
An office tariff moves to a new covered address free of charge in 3 working days. A dedicated line needs a new fibre; the connection fee is half price.
Can we use our own router?
Yes. On an office tariff the terminal is ours and any router can sit behind it. On a dedicated line we hand over an Ethernet port at the demarcation point.
