Contract, moving, pausing
A subscriber’s rules on one page, with their figures. All of them are in the terms of service; the terms themselves are in the documents section below.
The contract
A contract covers one address and is in one person’s name. You sign on the installer’s tablet, at an office, or with an SMS code after an online request.
- Who can sign
- Anyone aged 18 or over, with an ID card; the FIN is taken from the card. Foreign residents sign with their residence permit. You do not have to own the flat.
- 12-month contract
- A lower monthly price, free connection and a free router. After 12 months the contract runs on at the same price and can be ended at any time.
- No contract
- The monthly price is ₼3–5 higher, connection is ₼30 (₼20 for TV only) and the router is ₼2 a month. End it at any time with 10 days’ notice.
- Payment day
- The day the line was connected. Each month the fee is taken from the balance on that date. Prices include VAT.
- Changing tariff
- Move to a faster tariff on any day; the difference is split by days. A cheaper tariff starts on the next payment day. The contract term stays the same.
- What the contract states
- The address, the tariff and price, the term, the devices rented or sold, the payment day, and the conditions for suspending the service and ending the contract.
Moving home
The line moves with you. If the new address has fibre, a move is free once in 12 months and ₼15 after that. The internet is on at the new address 3 working days after the request.
- Check the new address: pick the street and the building.
- Tell us the moving date by phone, in the chat or at an office, at least 3 working days ahead.
- Take the terminal and the router with you. The installer runs the cable at the new address and connects the same devices.
- The old line closes on the moving day; the fee is never charged twice.
- If the new address is FTTB
- In older blocks the speed is up to 100 Mbit/s: the tariff moves to Internet 100 and the contract discount stays.
- If the new address has no fibre yet
- You can end the contract with no charge. Leave a request on the address check and we will tell you when the line arrives.
Pausing the line
Away for a long time? Pause the line: up to 90 days a year, at least 15 days at a time, ₼2 for each 30 days begun. The number, the tariff and the devices stay; a 12-month contract is extended by the pause.
Ask for a pause by phone, in the chat or at an office. It starts tomorrow at the earliest; if you come back sooner, the line opens the same day.

- Monday, 23 November 2026
- Pause fee

- Pause left this year
- 60 days
Ending the contract
You can end the contract at any time: apply 10 days ahead at an office, by e-mail or by phone. Once 12 months are up there is nothing to pay.
- Before 12 months
- You pay back the contract discount for the months used: the difference between the no-contract price and the contract price, times the months. It is never more than one month at the no-contract price.
- Devices
- Bring the rented terminal, router, mesh units and TV box to any office within 14 calendar days. A device not returned is billed at its sale price.
- Money left on the balance
- What remains after the last fee is paid back to your card or account within 5 working days.
- If you dispute a bill
- If you disagree with a bill or the service, the line stays on while your complaint is examined.
- Discount a month
- ₼4
- ₼4 × 4 months
- ₼16
- Cap: one month without contract
- ₼37

Return the devices within 14 days. A line on the no-contract price pays nothing either: just give 10 days’ notice.

Questions
I rent my flat. Can I sign the contract?
Yes, with your own ID card. The owner’s permission is only needed if a new cable has to go through a wall; the installer tells you beforehand.
Can the contract move to a family member?
Yes, free of charge: come to an office together, both with ID. The term, the discount and the balance pass to the new holder.
Can I change the payment day?
Once a year, to any day you like. In the month of the change the difference is split by days.
Where do I find my contract number?
In the SMS after connection, on every payment receipt and on the label on the terminal. It has 7 digits and starts with 2.
I will be abroad for two months. Pause or end?
A pause pays: 60 days cost ₼4 and there is nothing to do when you are back. If you end and reconnect, a new contract is signed, and connection without a contract is ₼30.
I need an invoice. Who issues it?
Home subscribers get an electronic receipt for every payment by SMS and e-mail. VAT invoices are for companies with a VOEN, on a business contract.
