Routers, mesh and TV boxes: rent or buy
The terminal comes with the tariff. If Wi-Fi does not reach every room of a big flat, add a mesh unit; if the TV is not smart, a TV box. Specifications are from the makers’ own pages.

What your flat needs
Choose the area, the number of floors and the tariff’s speed. Our installers’ rule: through concrete walls a terminal covers about 70 to 90 m², each mesh unit another 60 to 70 m².
We suggest

Questions about devices
Can I use my own router?
Yes. On a GPON line the terminal stays and any router plugs into its LAN port. In an FTTB building the router plugs straight into the line; support gives the settings by phone.
Does a mesh unit need a cable?
No. The first unit is cabled next to the terminal, the others link wirelessly. Where a wall is very thick, the technician may suggest a cable between units.
Why is my Wi-Fi slower than the tariff?
Wi-Fi speed depends on the phone, the walls and the neighbours’ networks. Over 300 Mbit/s on Wi-Fi 5, or over 500 on Wi-Fi 6 AX1800, is rare. Check the tariff’s full speed over a cable.
Can I pick a device up at an office?
Yes, all six offices keep devices. Bring your contract number and ID card; the rent starts with the next bill.
