Check it yourself
About a third of requests are solved with these steps in 5 minutes. If they do not help, write to us with the form below.
Steps
- Unplug the terminal’s power adapter for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
- Wait for the PON light to stay on: it takes up to 2 minutes.
- If LOS is red, check that the green fibre connector is pushed all the way into the terminal. Do not bend the cable or look into the connector.
- If PON is steady but there is no internet, check the balance: 3 days after the payment day the speed drops to 1 Mbit/s, after 10 days the service stops.
- If none of this helps, send a request and tell us what the lights show.
What it means
| Light | State | Meaning |

| POWER | off | No power: check the adapter and the socket |
| PON | steady | The line is registered; all is well |
| PON | blinking | The terminal is joining the network; over 2 minutes, call us |
| LOS | red | No optical signal: the cable is out or damaged |
| INTERNET | off | No session: the balance, or a fault on our side |
| WLAN | off | Wi-Fi is switched off: hold the WLAN button for 3 seconds |

Questions about support
Is a technician’s visit paid?
Free if the fault is on our line or in a rented device. If the cause is on the subscriber’s side (their own router, a broken cable in the flat), the visit is ₼5 and restoring the cable ₼10.
Do you refund during an outage?
If a break on our side lasts over 24 hours, every started day goes back to the balance automatically. Planned works are announced in advance and do not count.
When does a technician come?
Technicians visit every day 09:00–21:00. For a high-priority request usually the same day or the next morning, otherwise in an agreed 3-hour window.
Can I send a request another way?
Yes: by phone day and night, on WhatsApp, to destek@lif.az or at an office. All go into the same queue and get a number.
