The Basic package has 76 channels, the Extended package 156. One TV box is included; on a Smart TV the Lif TV app needs no box.

Fibre all the way into the flat
On a GPON line the fibre does not stop in the basement: the installer brings it into your flat and plugs it into the router.
- GPON
- One fibre line carries 2.5 Gbit/s and is shared by 32 flats at most. Upload is half the download: 150 Mbit/s on the 300 Mbit/s tariff.
- FTTB
- In 610 older buildings the fibre reaches the entrance and copper runs to the flat. Such a line carries 100 Mbit/s at most.
- The network
- 3,860 km of fibre, GPON in 2,140 buildings, 96,400 home lines. The backbone runs over two separate routes of 100 Gbit/s each. Figures as of 1 October 2026.
- Operations centre
- The network operations centre at the head office in Narimanov works day and night: it sees a fault before a customer calls.
How connecting goes
From the request to the internet usually takes one working day.
Request
On the site, by phone or at an office. We check the address and call within 2 hours (09:00–21:00) to confirm the time.
Installer time
A request by 14:00 on a working day gets the next working day; a later one the working day after. No visits on Sundays and holidays.
Installation
About 1.5 hours: the fibre is brought into the flat, the router plugged in, the TV box set up and the speed tested in front of you.
Contract
Signed on the spot with your ID card. The first month and the connection fee are paid by card on the site or to the installer.
Send a request now and the installer can come on Saturday, 24 October, between 15:00 and 18:00.

I sent the request on Wednesday morning and the installer came on Thursday in the 12:00–15:00 window. He ran the cable along the hallway ceiling without drilling the wall; in an hour and a half the internet was on.
