The flat is finished with the turnkey package: engineered wood flooring, painted walls, internal doors, sanitaryware and bathroom furniture. The package costs ₼480 per m², and samples of the materials are at the sales office for you to handle.
Viewings run every day during sales office hours and take about 40 minutes. The route crosses the building site, so we provide a helmet and a vest and ask you not to wear high heels.
