Autumn terms: 30% down, the rest over 36 months without interest
For contracts signed by 31 December the interest-free term is extended from 24 to 36 months.
Buyers who sign a sale contract by 31 December 2026 can pay the balance over 36 months without interest. The down payment still starts at 30% of the price of the flat.
With a down payment of 50% or more the price is reduced by 3%, and by 7% when the flat is paid for in full at signing. The discount is applied to the contract price and shown separately in the payment schedule.
