64 km of PE100 pipe, Ø315–630 mm: 3,100 tonnes delivered in 412 runs over 5 months.
The main waters 9,400 hectares of farmland. Ø630 mm is our largest size; one line ran that diameter without a break for four months for this order. The hydrostatic test result for each batch went to the contractor’s technical supervisor.
Ganja to the site is 230 km. The 12-metre pipes travelled on extended semi-trailers. We gave 26 of the contractor’s welders a two-day butt-fusion course on site and calibrated their welding machines.
