About us
Since 1998 we have done well workover, pipeline, fabrication and inspection work on Absheron and the onshore fields. We started with two workover rigs and 23 people; today we are 612.
28 years in brief
- 1998
Started in Balakhani with two workover rigs and 23 people; the first contract was routine workover of 40 onshore wells.
- 2003
The first pipeline repair contract: replacing 12 km of oil pipeline.
- 2006
The quality system certified to ISO 9001.
- 2009
A 4.2-hectare yard in Lökbatan: the fabrication shop and the equipment fleet.
- 2013
Our own NDT laboratory: ultrasonic, radiography, magnetic particle.
- 2014
The first construction and repair work on nearshore trestles.
- 2018
The training centre opened on the Balakhani base; it also takes other companies’ staff.
- 2019
ISO 45001 certificate; ISO 14001 held since 2011.
- 2024
A mobile unit for treating drilling waste and oily water.
Today
On 1 October 2026 we are 612 people: 430 in the field, 96 at the Lökbatan yard, 54 engineers and 32 in the office. Most of the work is on onshore fields; on nearshore trestles we do construction, repair and inspection, and we do not work on offshore platforms.

Founder, general director
Spent 14 years as a workover master at an oil and gas production department. Founded Qüllə Servis in 1998 with two workover rigs and 23 people; leads the large contracts and investment.
Sabina Aliyeva
Operations director, deputy general director
A petroleum engineer with the company since 2007. All field projects, 9 project managers and the equipment schedule report to her.
Kamran Nasirov
HSE director
Joined in 2012 and led the move to ISO 45001. Stop-work authority and subcontractor prequalification sit in his department.
Gunay Mammadova
Commercial director
Tenders, contracts, equipment hire and purchasing are her team’s work. She makes sure every quote request gets an answer within one working day.

Head of the Lökbatan yard
Started as a welder and has run the yard since 2016: the fabrication and coating shops, the fleet, stores and the NDT lab, 96 people.
