Our Lökbatan shop makes pipe spools, manifolds and steelwork: from drawings to a tested, coated product with its documents ready.

What we do
Spools and manifolds
2 to 24-inch spools in carbon and stainless steel, wellhead manifolds, metering and distribution skids.
Steelwork
Trestle beams, platform and pump skid frames, stairs and platforms, pipe supports.
Installation on site
Finished steelwork set by crane and tied into existing lines with our own cranes and crews.
How a job goes
- We check the drawings, prepare the material take-off and welding procedures and send them for approval.
- Material is received against its certificates and every piece gets a traceability number.
- After welding, the welds are tested in our NDT lab, the item is coated and hydrotested.
- Every item gets its as-built file and travels to site on our lowbed.

Yes, construction drawings come from the client. Our engineers check them and draw the shop drawings themselves.
