We are hiring for well workover, pipeline construction, the workshop, inspection and HSE. Every vacancy states the rota, the place of work, the salary range and the certificates it needs.

How the rota works
Rotation work follows the Labour Code’s rules on summarised accounting of working time.
- 14/14 and 28/28
- 14 or 28 days on site in 12-hour shifts, then as many days at home. A shift may not exceed 12 hours (Labour Code, article 96); the hours are balanced against the norm over the accounting period.
- Rest and nights
- At least 12 hours of rest between two working days (article 103). Night time runs from 22:00 to 06:00; night shifts are paid extra.
- Overtime
- Every overtime hour is paid at least double (article 165) and is not swapped for a day off.
- Travel, camp, meals
- Company bus from Baku to site and back. Camp accommodation and three meals a day at our cost.
What we offer
Salary in manat, on the 10th of each month
The range is stated in every vacancy, after tax. Salaries are reviewed once a year, in February.
Certificates at our cost
We pay for renewals. H2S, working at height and first aid at our own training centre, BOSIET at an OPITO-approved centre.
Medical checks and insurance
A medical check on hiring and every year at the company’s cost (article 226). Compulsory insurance against workplace accidents; voluntary health insurance after probation.
Leave
At least 21 calendar days, plus at least 6 days for work in harmful conditions (articles 114 and 115).
Protective equipment
Flame-resistant coveralls, boots, helmet, glasses and gloves, renewed twice a year.
