What we do
Welds
Phased array ultrasound (OmniScan X3 64), conventional UT, radiography, magnetic particle and dye penetrant testing.
Wall thickness
Thickness surveys on pipelines, tanks and steelwork, also through coating; corrosion mapping.
Inspections
Visual and measured inspection of lifting gear, pressure vessels and pipelines, with a report and recommendations.
How a job goes
- The inspection plan and acceptance criteria are agreed to the client’s standard.
- Technicians arrive with their equipment and work under the permit system.
- Results go out as a report the same day, with rejected spots shown in photos.
