What we are buying
Every working day from Baku to the yard at 07:00 and back at 18:00. The two field buses run day and night to match 12-hour shift changes.
The routes are in the documents. Our dispatcher must see each bus by GPS; drivers take a safety induction at the yard before starting.
What the bid must contain
- Roadworthiness documents and insurance policies for every bus
- Drivers with a category D licence, at least 5 years’ experience, no serious accident in the last 3 years
- Monthly price per bus, fuel included, VAT shown separately
- Bid bond: 2% of the annual value as a bank guarantee
