What we are buying
We are replacing a 5.8 km section of an onshore oil pipeline. Pipe and bends are in two lots: you may bid for one lot or both.
Every pipe must come with the mill’s 3.1 certificate (EN 10204). A third-party inspection takes place at the mill before loading; we pay for it.
What the bid must contain
- Technical envelope: the mill, at least 2 supplies of pipe of this grade in the last 3 years, a sample 3.1 certificate
- Price envelope: the price schedule as XLSX, in manat, VAT shown separately
- Bid bond: 2% of the bid price as a bank guarantee, valid for 90 days
- A bid with delivery longer than 45 days fails the technical review

No. It is a high-pressure line; only PSL2 is accepted.
