What we are buying
We are contracting out the yard canteen and the training centre’s lunch for 24 months. The kitchen, equipment and hall are ours; food, cooks and cleaning are the contractor’s.
Crews arriving from and leaving for rotation stay overnight at the yard and need breakfast and dinner every day. Trainees have lunch on course days only.
